Our Founder

Momentum Investigative Group was founded by a former in-house investigator for a world recognized IP litigation firm.  He is a fully licensed private detective.

This investigator has 25 years of experience in various matters such as trademark, copyright, Internet, unfair competition and trade secret litigation.  In addition, he has assisted numerous Fortune 500 companies in conducting anonymous acquisitions of trademarks and domain names.  He has been credited for acquiring numerous brands still in use today and assisting major companies with constructing an anti-counterfeiting program.   He has hands-on experience in conducting investigations at trade shows and online retail sources ranging from counterfeit footwear to ersatz automotive parts.  This founder has worked with the U.S. Marshals in numerous seizures of counterfeit and grey market goods and has served as a witness in Federal civil court proceedings.   As a member of INTA, this investigator is well respected among his colleagues and peers worldwide.
