We understand the importance in conducting anonymous acquisitions of intangible assets.  We have proprietary methods in acquiring certain IP specifically when it involves trademarks and domain names.  Our forethought for any acquisition matter is to keep costs low and stay within budget.

Patents, Trademarks and Copyrights
Before conducting any acquisition of this nature, we strongly encourage performing a due diligence investigation.  By investigating the owners, we are able to gauge a myriad of items from price expectation to licensing possibilities.  At Momentum, we are a full-service investigative firm, therefore, we have the resources to implement an acquisition strategy based on your needs.

Domain Names
We have dealt with numerous and interesting domain acquisitions throughout the years; such as purchasing a domain from a deceased registrant and negotiating with the heirs; to bidding specifically on a company’s domain portfolio at a foreclosure auction.  Our standard practice is to completely vet the registrant before initiating contact.  We do not hire third-party brokers.   Read more . . .
